Built by a landlord
I built Rentdocket to keep track of my own rental property. It brings rent, expenses, and receipts together for tax time.

Why it exists
I own a rental property and prepare my own T776, the Statement of Real Estate Rentals. For the first two years, I used a spreadsheet and gathered receipts at tax time. I built Rentdocket to keep those records together and turn them into a rental tax summary.
I use it to scan my receipts and prepare my tax packages.
Still in development
I’m still building and testing it. Features may change, and support can take a little longer with one person handling it. Your feedback comes straight to me.
